So
Let me let me point out a couple of things.
So our net debt is close to zero.
It's a few hundred million dollars.
Right.
So you should always look at net debt.
So how much cash do we have versus how much debt do we have?
So our net debt is very small.
But the people that own our company should this is how I think about it and should think about it the same way.
A very comfortable leverage ratio for these types of assets is about six to six and a half times.
If the private operators, they leverage to about 12 to 13 times on their EBITDA.
And so we won't do that.
We're a public company and that's just what people are comfortable with on a public company.
But that leverage ratio is extraordinarily comfortable.
So when you when you look at.
OK, so there was there was two point, you know, eight billion of debt.
Now, the net debt was only a few hundred million dollars.
But OK, what I have contracted right now is over over a billion dollars of EBITDA or net operating income.
So so that's that I'm at less than three times what I'm contracted.
But you need to give give us time to finish building the buildings and for them to turn on.
