That's three days a week when I'm in Boston. And then... you know, the Tuesday and the Thursday I'll try to work out. So that Monday, that's Monday, Wednesday, Friday. And then like the Tuesday and the Thursday, I'll try to do something on my own in the morning. Um, or for the last six weeks, it's been more like family time in the morning.

So I'll have like breakfast with a little, little Tommy and my wife and, um, hang out with the little guy, which is pretty incredible. And, and in a way, like, It's interesting, spending time with your newborn has a similar physiological effect to meditating, at least it does for me.

And I meditate every day, so that's become a huge part of my life and just being able to manage everything that comes at you. But I find if you have a great first couple hours of the day, It just makes the rest of the day and everything that gets thrown at you so much more manageable. Most of my professional work life is just things coming at me.

And I wear blue light blocking glasses, which I love. You know, you don't want to get into a fight with your wife before bed. You want to have like, you know.

Well, I've gotten her to wear them too. Fortunately, Lely's a team player in all of my health optimizations. I haven't gotten off of the devices. I would say that's probably, I don't know if that's a frontier actually I'm ever going to conquer because I'm still optimizing so much around being like a productive entrepreneur and CEO and you kind of- you know, it's such a global world. Yeah.
