I mean, most of it's the feedback rating.
Uh, the, the average feedback rating is like four and a half stars out of five stars.
I mean, it's, it's crazy high.
It's so rare that we get negative feedback on clarity.
It can happen.
You're talking about humans, you know, two people call and they just, you know, it doesn't go right.
Uh, but it's so rare on clarity.
Well, that also has us removing a lot of folks that are inactive.
