And so we kind of got to bubble them to the top.
We didn't have cross product at the time.
At the time, we were still in the process of kind of getting the products on and trying to fulfill our thesis of would we be able to buy enough products to build kind of this master platform?
And so any guesses we would have made back then would have been totally guesses.
A lot of it was just taking a look at how much had Dan raised because we knew we had to pay back the investors.
We looked at how much could Clarity make?
You know, you kind of start doing your A, B, and C scenarios of what the company could be and start to say, hey, you know, A is ridiculous.
It'll never get there.
You know, C is too low.
I have no idea.
You don't remember?

But I remember, you know, Dan and I, we went back and forth a little, but I think
Because Dan and I had known each other for a long time, it wasn't a very trying negotiation.
More of it was, hey, we want to make sure that you feel good about the sale, but we also want to make sure that we're not left holding the bag.
And so, again, as we're trying to do these scenarios, if Dan's saying, look, this thing could easily do $100 million, I'm like, Dan...
Anything could easily do a hundred million, but you have to actually do a hundred million.
Right.
