And there was definitely some cash involved as well.
Well, remember too, like all of a sudden we're taking on hundreds of people.
Uh, it is, it doesn't tell the whole story though, because, uh, back to your point of having the fixed cost now that it was really a fixed cost issue.
Um, if, if you're hoping to bill your, your ZAs at 120 hours a month, but you're only giving them 60 hours a month, but you're paying them for 120 hours a month.
That's a problem.
That's, that's your problem.

I would love to say how incredibly fascinating our approach was.
It was just really basic.
It was, let's start just by starting everything, resetting the meter on everything.
And let's first find out how many ZAs we actually need.

400 where 100 of them should never have been hired to begin with.
