in dead pants with two old geezers sitting in the sauna in the corner and it was funny but it was out of place it's a gag from the 90s it was a sight gag but it was out of place with what we were watching in that scene where it was like Mick we're here to win a world cup do you think Brazil are doing this the balls aren't here cut the two old geezers I'm clearly not I'm clearly not a sophisticate or a cinephile because that did make me laugh

No, I thought it was funny, but I also didn't think it was appropriate for the scene.

To be fair, a 91 minute movie, Dave, you'll know, that's rare.

That kind of raises a red flag sometimes when you see a film that short.

I think if that was like 110 minutes or 100 minutes even, 105, and it was more Keane-focused and cut out all the Dickie Maloney characters, cut out the old geezers in the sauna, cut out the giant Roy Keane head, cut out the young offenders character who was an FAI kind of guy too, and then if they dug into the Roy Keane stuff more and dramatised it more, it could have been epic.
