He's pushing the hardest on AI.

We have, you know, kind of automation is one of our top priorities as a company.

And it's not just automating products for sellers.

It's also just automating internal processes, right?

And that's, you know, everything from kind of support sales all the way through compliance, risk, etc.,

And there's just this fundamental belief that if there is a process, we should try as hard as possible to automate it.

I think it's exactly the right push just because of how much and how fast this technology is changing and improving.

There hasn't been a technology in, let's say, past 20 years that improves by an order of magnitude every 12 months.

but there just really hasn't in a long period of time.

And we can debate on a lot of the impacts of that, but you kind of have to skate to where the puck is going.

It's kind of like, if I take a step back, remember when mobile was a big thing and like the iPhone came out?

A lot of companies at that stage had like a little mobile team off to the side building a little app, right?

And that was the strategy for a lot of companies.

A lot of those companies didn't make it

right?

The companies that made it were the ones that reimagined how they should work with this new way of reaching customers and this new technology, right?

Uber reinvented transportation in a mobile device, right?

Square, I would argue, reinvented payments on a mobile device, right?
