I will say, don't trust my research on fluoride. I have barely researched it. My position on fluoride is more political than anything, which is don't put chemicals in my drinking water. Like, I did not consent to that. If you want me to drink fluoride water, have a brand of fluoridated water. I can use toothpaste. I can use mouthwash. I don't need to drink the fluoride.

This was introduced at a time when American dental hygiene was way worse. Also, if I'm understanding things correctly, the rate of cavities in the United States is much higher than the rate of cavities in France, where they don't have fluoridated water. Except for like a small percentage of the population. I think it's naturally occurring fluoride.

I just don't like the precedent of putting chemicals in the water to turn the freaking teeth strong, to almost quote a person whose name I can't say because YouTube don't like it. But no, listen, I don't think fluoride is a particularly dangerous thing for you to drink. I just think it's an unnecessary thing to be in the drinking water.
