Cause I remember when I was working at the storage unit place in Los Angeles, there was some lady who had a storage unit and she moved all of her shit to a storage unit and she was paying like a thousand dollars a month.

Well, maybe you and I could work it together because a lot of the time, Cody, what I realized working at that place, man, it's just folks that don't have the money to pay for their bullshit anymore.

So it's like a big nightmare.

But I think you're really waiting for some well-off person who has a storage unit with a bunch of their crap that their family didn't even know about.

Then they stop paying for it after they die.

I think that's a storage unit you could get some really good stuff in.
