that i think the situation that's going on especially online the discourse around ladies of london and the mark and margo thing i think that's a really good example of that but we may touch on that later we definitely will yeah we'll definitely come to that but the one i started watching properly there were two of them beverly hills and atlanta and i think
It was that early, especially, I remember Beverly Hills, because I think I started Atlanta maybe three seasons in.
I didn't see the first two seasons.
But I remember the first season of Beverly Hills and, like, the magic of, like, you know, Lisa Vanderpump and Adrian Maloof, like, these were people with real power, real money.
They lived across the road from each other.
Like...
Adrienne Maloof is someone from such a powerful family.
And you could see the kind of breakdown of her marriage on screen with her and Paul.
Like there were moments where like, like Paul would like try and kiss her goodbye because he was going away to a conference and she would be kind of like, do you know?
And like that kind of magic,
can only happen in the first season.
Because everyone becomes too self-aware then.
And I think Adrienne Maloof in particular was not right for, not necessarily right for reality TV, but it's amazing that they got her for that first season.
And we saw like, that was real life.
Like that was...
Like she is such an awkward character anyway, but I just thought that that was so fascinating and it really hooked me.
And I know like Adrian Maloof is kind of lost in the history of time in terms of Housewives lore, but like I actually just, that weird sort of like early season magic that happens with like people who probably shouldn't be on TV.
that kind of thing that really hooked me in.
And then like all the rest of it, like the drama between the two Richard sisters, all of that, loved all that.
And I think Beverly Hills is obviously probably maybe there's an argument to say it's gone on too long.
