What we see is that intersex, queer, and trans people have existed throughout all time, every continent, every single culture and society.
The very first civil society, ancient Mesopotamia, had queer and intersex people.
What we're seeing is that they existed in ancient China, ancient Egypt.
They've existed everywhere throughout all time.
