It's not obvious what you are doing.
It's something that you need help to do.
And the rules and structure of that have a material impact on how you're taxed, what sort of things you can or can't do, what sort of money you have access to.
And so we are making...
A new version of an LLC so that, oh, okay, I need to start, I'm going to start making money from my practice.
I want to be, have a more legit form in the world.
They would choose, in this world, they would choose an artist corporation.
And an artist corporation, yeah, is a type of an LLC that just like, yeah, that has a creative mission.
So when you start it, you're asked like, what is the point of this?
And the point of it is to make art or culture of some kind.
That mission as an ACORP is then legally protected.
So no one else can come in and say to you, you can't do that because it's not making enough money or something like that.
So it gives you permission to say, and protection to say, my purpose is the purpose of this organization.
As an A Corp, to protect it from just being used by anybody, the A Corp must be 51% owned and controlled by artists.
So this is why Spotify couldn't be an A Corp or something like that.
So it has to be started and operated by artists.
Yes, it's a main reason for going for an LLC, right?
And so this is a version, a scan of an LLC pre-designed
to meet and to meet the needs of creative people and to be understandable by creative people.
So those same just like basic protections, it gets you those things, but then we've designed things on top of it.
