This can't exist for charity or because it sounds good or it seems like good branding.
It needs to thrive because it benefits people.
what are the elements we make happen?
And because it's starting from scratch, you really have to think of each piece and component of it.
And some just have much slower rotation cycles, even if they're working.
It just takes time.
It takes time to build a real practice.
In my experience, like,
Anything worth doing, it takes a year almost before you see results.
There's like this law of the universe that says you have to toil in difficulty for an extended period of time before we show you any rewards because you have to show that you really earned, that you deserve it, that you're in it for the right reason.
And so I just believe in the laws of the universe in that way.
And so for me, looking forward, my ego is not alive in that.
I'm not thinking like legacy questions or even like hitting certain metrics or numbers.
I'm just trying to feel out, I think, how this works its way out and what is important to happen when.
And this must be a patient process because we're talking change at the deepest level, which can have profound changes, but it's quite slow.
And so the work just demands that, I think, naturally.
But I've had projects in the past that I've founded that still feel like mine.
And A-Corps has never felt like mine, never.
