Well, you need a coach that can communicate and teach.

You're going to get too many young guys in here not to have somebody who can do that, who can kind of shape and form them.

And then let's worry about everything else after that because there's no question you're going to get a number of draft picks this year.

You have a couple coming in as well.

You still have all the young guys you brought in this year.

You need somebody who can take care of them.

Somebody who can teach, shape them into becoming better NHLers.

And then let's worry about everything after that kind of thing.

So like I said, again, we're talking about Manny.

He's a phenomenal communicator.

Somebody like that.

Somebody who has been around young players who can teach them, who can show them, who can communicate with them and get their ways through in order to better the players.

Yeah, it's never good to hear that the new GM will get to make the decisions.

What happened to the GM that was just here?

Yeah.

Why was he here then?

Um, I mean, it's, it's one of those things where you knew there was something going on and they were working in tandem and, uh, in over each other.

But like, again, too many cooks in the kitchen doesn't work either.

Um, I wouldn't want to be the one that has to answer for decisions that maybe weren't really mine.

Uh, like how am I going to shape a team when somebody else makes the decision and signings trades and these things.
