Because it will be easier to sell to the same client than to acquire a new client.

So staying in the same ideal customer profile, it will allow you to upsell to that customer and also will be cheaper and you are going to have more retention.
Why do you have more retention?
Because when you have multiple products,
same client using your multiple products, you start locking up your clients.
