Like it really is something that needs to be considered and rammed home to the players constantly.
So your position as a senior player now must be a very important role within the club to be able to retain that confidence in the players and for them to be retaining confidence in their game plan and everything around them.
I say that all the time.
It's just sliding doors.
I talked to Tim about Nate Caddy the other day.
It's just so happening where he goes to Essendon at a time when they're really battling and then you see Logan Morris goes to Brisbane at a time when they're flying.
So, you know, that's the circumstances and the quality will rise to the top.

Stuff that you've obviously had to be taught over a period of time.
How much can you fast track?
If you look at, say, your key position players now, can you really fast track that forward craft?
Hey, Tommy, it's great of you to join in.
What are you doing outside of footy?
