We're in financial services. We want a 70-30 split. 70% of people on our team should not have come from financial services. 30% should have.

The reason I think it's going to be misused is a few fold. First is, one way to read it is to deeply undervalue great execs. And I think that that's totally wrong. The second way to read it is the founders should micromanage everything.
