becoming like a victim of your own mind and realizing and listening to all this this negativity that's brewing and honestly resentment of yourself that you let yourself go that you let yourself gain relationship weight that you didn't keep in touch with the hobbies and the things that made you fun that made you feel like you were living life in a really fun way before you met somebody that does not
mean that the other person should suffer.
if you get in the habit of actually following where your destructive thoughts come from and why they appear at the times that they do, you slowly begin to realize where the root is rotting in your life, where you need to actually pull the weeds out in order to grow a better garden and what you need to tend to.
It's so easy to become distracted by people, distracted by...
hookups, distracted by a quick fling, a quick date.
It's harder to figure out why it's been difficult for you to connect to somebody, why you've been so keen on staying stagnant in your life.
And for me, man, it's alone time and a lack of it.
It's not allowing myself to just relax, hang out, and feel relaxed.
Feel happy that I'm doing it.
And if I don't do that, what ends up happening, I project it onto other people.
I'm realizing it's part of the problem, Zerky Show.
And listen, I'm not a perfect person.
I'm not the perfect guy in this world.
