moment to really reflect also recognize when you're being lazy that's that's a big one that's a huge one because only you will know that only you will know when really like you could push yourself you know people talk about you need to recover you need to give your time yourself time to process yeah you do but you also need to get to work when it's time to get to work
You don't get to enjoy just the limbo all your life.
You've got to get to it.
And it might take you a little bit of time to figure out what that looks like and what is that trigger.
For me, it's like it's my morning.
It's done in the first hour.
If I have a good productive morning, the rest of the day is smooth sailing.
