You have this moment of realizing that I exist, that flash of I am.

If I can tell you that existence, the one that the fear shadows, cannot be taken away from you, then now you can start knocking out these negatives. Because if I don't have to be afraid of dying or non-existing, then all these negatives that are rooted in the shadow of existence can be start, you know, just throw them out. Not unnecessary, right?

And then beyond that, also there are processes that how repeatable miracles, right? That's what I meant by, it doesn't matter if I wanted to be a snowboard champion or a guitar player, that the principles are the same. And so you start to see the patterns of like, ah, that's how this works.
