In the episode, I reflect on everything I've learned from doing the podcast for an entire year. It’s been a journey filled with valuable lessons, from mastering the technical aspects of recording and editing to discovering the art of storytelling and engaging with an audience I also opened up about the difficult experience of having a close friend betray my trust, and the lasting impact it can have on your ability to trust others again. When someone close to you breaks that bond, it leaves a deep wound, making it hard to let your guard down with others.
