After 8 years,  half a million bags of cereal and 10 million servings of Forage, Damian has made the tough decision to close the doors. Using these recent events we discuss the process it takes to make a tough decision – the realisation that one needs to be made, the angst of making it, and then finding the courage to commit to it and go public. We all must face tough decisions in our life. Sometimes we take the easy option or play small; in this case, Damian has made the courageous decision, albeit an unpopular one.
