Almost every human being on the planet has spent more time at home in the last 6 months than at pre-COVID times. This has given rise to more and more ways to pass the time. Whilst sitting in front of the TV used to seem lazy and overindulgent, now it’s become a form of self-love, especially for the previously overworked community. Hugh Jackman has revelaed his love of puzzles on the Tim Ferriss podcast, others their love of music whilst for some, binge-watching Ken Burns documentaries or series they never “had the time to” in pre-COVID times have become an unexpected nice surprise. Do let us know your favourite COVID games or hobbies by connecting with us on Facebook or Instagram. We record our podcast each Wednesday at approx 3pm AEST on Facebook – be sure to tune in if you’re free 🙂 Photo by Dayne Topkin on Unsplash The post 100NO 385: COVID Games To Make The Day OK appeared first on The Wellness Couch.
