100NO 627: The end of an era! Time to say goodbye

After what will be 10 years, we have made the difficult decision to bring to an end our 10 Day Longevity Experiences to the European Blue Zones of Ikaria and Sardinia.    Not because we don’t love it, and not because it’s not a life-changing bucket list trip of a lifetime.    More than anything, and especially given we are a podcast dedicated to time (these days called longevity), our family and business commitments outside of 100 Not Out have made it increasingly difficult to continue spending the best part of a month away in Europe.    Of course, if you thought we were here to announce our podcast is ending - never fear! We are only just getting started :)    BUT ... if you have always loved the idea of spending 10 days with us in Ikaria, or 10 days with us in Sardinia ... or maybe both(!!), then this year is your last chance to join us.    As we record this we have 2 spots left for Sardinia (max group size 15) and spaces for Ikaria.    If you’ve always wanted to experience the European Blue Zones with us and a small group of like-minded enthusiasts, then this episode may have found you just in time.    Joining us is by application only.
