They also talk about Post Induction Stall Syndrome, an expected pause in weight loss that happens around week 2 or 3, and can last for up to 6 weeks. Recipes this week include Carl's Fathead pizza and Richard's pulled lamb shoulder. Errata Richard stated that Almond is high in Omega 6 PUFAs but it is only 12% PUFA and 30% MUFA. If you eat a lot it will contribute a fair amount of OMega 6 PUFAs to your diet, but in small amount it won't likely be a problem.
