日本には約3900社の上場企業があります。そのうち売上1000億円以上の超大企業は、900社しかありません。多くの若者が知っている企業は、この900社に含まれます。 でも世の中には、若者が知らない「良い会社」がたくさんあります。私は競争率の点では、売上100億円から1000億円の間の上場企業が狙い目だと思っています。 従業員数は、500人以上であれば、毎年20名以上の新入社員がいて、研修が充実していることが多いです。最近５年間の成長率は重要です。成長企業に就職すると、前向きな仕事が多い、将来性のあるスキルを身につけられる、年収がアップしやすいなどのメリットがあります。 離職率は、業界平均と比較して、うんと高くなければＯＫでしょう。ブラック企業と考えるかどうかは、価値観による部分も大きいです。マスコミ、コンサル会社、ベンチャー企業などは、長時間勤務でも、やりがいがあり、自分が成長できるので、納得して働いている人が多いと思います。 ▼人材開発コンサルタント『オフィスぎんやんま』 https://yamagishi-shinji.com/
