今回は、「仕事のやりがい」について考えます。 ヒトの欲求は、５階層になっています。下から順に、生理的欲求、安全の欲求、所属と愛の欲求、承認の欲求、自己実現の欲求です。仕事では上位の欲求を満たすこと、つまり、誰かの役に立つことで認められ（承認の欲求）、自分がやりがいを感じられる（自己実現の欲求）ことが大切です。 次に、仕事の動機付け（モチベーション）には、給料・肩書のような外的動機づけと、達成感・充実感のような内的動機付けがあります。内的動機付けは、自己決定感（やらされている感の反対）、有能感、人間関係の３要素で決まり、これらを高めるとやりがいを感じられます。 最後に、有名な「３人のレンガ積み職人」の寓話で、自分の仕事のやりがいについて、考えていただきます。リーダー層の方は、自分の言葉で、部下や後輩に、仕事のやりがいについて語れるとよいですね。 ▼人材開発コンサルタント『オフィスぎんやんま』 https://yamagishi-shinji.com/
