人生（ライフキャリア）を考えるヒントになる映画をご紹介する２回目です。今回は、シニア世代の生き方の参考にしたい３本です。 まず、『マイ・インターン』（２０１５年、米国）。７０歳のシニアインターン（再雇用社員）が、ベンチャー企業の女性社長を支援するストーリーです。シニア世代が社会で働き続けるための心構えや立ち位置が参考になります。 ２本目は、『生きる』（１９５２年、日本）、黒澤明監督の名作。あまりやる気がなかった公務員が、がんで余命半年の宣告を受け、最後にがんばって児童公園をつくるという話です。最近、イギリスで『生きる LIVING』というリメイク版も公開されました。 ３本目は、『最高の人生の見つけ方』（２００７年、米国）。原題は「The Bucket List（棺桶リスト）」といい、死ぬ前にやってみたいことをやり尽くす映画です。２０１９年には、吉永小百合、天海祐希の主演で、日本版も公開されました。 ▼人材開発コンサルタント『オフィスぎんやんま』 https://yamagishi-shinji.com/
