今年７月、東京・谷中に「Books & Coffee TAKIBI」という新タイプの本屋さんがオープンしました。国内の書店の数は、ピーク時の２万２千軒から、半分に減ったと言われています。地方都市では本屋さんの無い地域もあります。 TAKIBIを営むNPO法人ブックストアソリューションジャパン（BSJ）を設立した安藤哲也氏は、この現状を懸念し、地域の人が何となく集まる“たき火”のような書店を発案しました。谷中でうまくいけば、全国に展開する予定です。 TAKIBIは６０人の棚主が、自分の本を持ち寄って販売する「棚貸し書店」です。私もこの番組のタイトル『2030年のキャリア戦略』という棚に、主にキャリア関連の本を置いています。安藤氏をはじめ、棚主の多くはユニークな経験の人たちです。皆さんのセカンドキャリアや社会貢献の参考になると思います。 ▼人材開発コンサルタント『オフィスぎんやんま』 https://yamagishi-shinji.com/
