コロナの３年間で、大学生の就職活動は大きく変わりました。オンラインでの説明会や面接が一般的になり、企業の採用スケジュールが早期化しました。経団連の就職協定では、３年生の３月から企業説明会開始、４年生の６月から面接開始と決めていますが、もはや誰も守っていません。 大手企業のほとんどが、３年秋から「OB懇談会」「業界研究会」「1dayインターン」といった名目で、オンライン企業説明会を行っています。３年の３月末時点で、４８％の学生が１社は内定をもらっている状況です。 もともと就職協定に入っていない外資系企業やベンチャー企業は、３年秋から冬に、どんどん内定を出しています。優秀な学生、特に工学系、情報系といったデジタル人材は取り合いです。すでに社会に出ている人も、成長業界への転職は、大いに可能性があります。 ▼人材開発コンサルタント『オフィスぎんやんま』 https://yamagishi-shinji.com/
