日本では女性活躍がなかなか進んでいきません。世界経済フォーラムによる男女平等（ジェンダーギャップ）指数で、日本の順位は１４６カ国中、１２５位で過去最低です。日本企業の女性課長比率は、１９８９年の２％から、２０１７年に１１％に増えている一方、世界はずっと進んでいて、欧米では３０％以上が標準です。 私は企業の管理職研修で、女性活躍を妨げる「アンコンシャスバイアス（無意識の思い込み）」について質問します。「女のくせにと思うことがある」「女性との仕事はセクハラと思われそうで面倒だ」「女性はすぐ泣くと思い、注意しにくい」などが挙げられます。 管理職に求められることは、女性への先入観をなくす、女性とよりよいコミュニケーションをとる、女性が能力を発揮するための育成方法や仕事の任せ方を工夫する（そのためのコーチングの方法を学ぶ）、の３点です。 ▼人材開発コンサルタント『オフィスぎんやんま』 https://yamagishi-shinji.com/
