４月になり、職場に新入社員を迎えた方も多いことでしょう。初々しい若者がチームに加わることで、先輩社員も気持ちを新たにできます。一方で、彼ら・彼女らをどのように指導・育成していくか、悩んでいる方も多いのではないでしょうか。 最近は、価値観が多様化し、世代間ギャップが広がっていると感じる先輩社員が増えています。私は研修講師として、「今どきの若者指導」の研修も多く行っています。今月は４回にわたって、新入社員の若者世代を指導するポイントについてお話します。 今回はまず、若者世代の特徴について説明します。また、「教える、指導する」には、心や価値観ではなく「行動」に目を向けることが大切です。 お問い合わせはこちら： [email protected]
