２回目は、先輩社員や上司の役割や心構えを説明します。まず、後輩社員に「愛（深い関心）」の気持ちを持ちましょう。そして、後輩の価値観を理解し、それを尊重することが大切です。後輩に聞いたことをメモしておくのも良い習慣です。 仕事において指導するとは、「良い行動を増やし、良くない行動を抑制すること」です。心や価値観を変えようとする必要はありません。望ましい行動をとってくれるような指示を、具体的に出しましょう。 良い指示を出すために、MORSの考え方を紹介します。MORSとは、計測できる、観察できる、信頼できる、明確化された、の頭文字で、教えるスキルを高めるために有効な考え方です。 お問い合わせはこちら： [email protected]
