今回は、「日本一休日が多い会社」と言われる岐阜県の超優良企業、未来工業株式会社を紹介します。未来工業は1965年に設立された東証プライム上場のメーカーで、主な製品は電気設備・給排水設備です。2023年度の連結売上440億円、従業員1250名です。 未来工業は、「日本一社員が幸せな会社」とも言われます。売上目標も営業ノルマもなし、残業は原則禁止、希望者は70歳定年といった特徴があります。年間休日が140日あり、年末年始は約20連休を全社でとります。さらに、5年ごとに全社員で、すべて会社持ちで海外旅行に行きます。 岐阜県の中堅メーカーになぜそれが可能なのか。社是は「常に考える」で、改善案をどんどん出すことを奨励しています。未来工業の経営には、多くのヒントがありそうです。
