保護者が、どのように就活支援をするのがよいか、８つのポイントを説明します。まず、「今の時代の就活について、基本的なことを理解する」です。今は応募が簡単なため、多くの企業にご縁がないのが普通です。50社応募して、2社から内定をもらう感じです。48社からお祈りメールが来ることになり、落ち込むことも多いので、前向きに励ましてあげてください。 また、保護者が自分のキャリアを振り返り、仕事のやりがいや苦労したことを話してあげると、良いロールモデルになります。また、子どもが興味ある業界で働く知人・友人がいれば、紹介してあげるとリアルな話を聴けます。就活中はアルバイトの頻度も減るので、「経済的支援」も必要かもしれません。
