今回は、NPOキッズドアの渡辺由美子理事長をお迎えします。渡辺さんは2007年、日本の子どもの貧困問題に取り組むため、キッズドアを設立しました。山岸もこの活動に賛同し、数年前から応援しています。 渡辺さんは家族で滞在した英国と比べ、日本の小学校はランドセル、文房具、体操服などを買いそろえる必要があり、お金がかかることを痛感しました。一方、母子家庭などでは、経済的に余裕がなく、教育格差が少しずつ問題になり始めていました。 キッズドアは、学習支援や体験活動、キャリア教育を通して、貧困の連鎖を断ち切り、すべての子どもたちが将来に夢や希望を持てる社会の実現を目指しています。 詳細や問い合わせは、下記ホームページをご覧ください。 https://kidsdoor.net/
