就職支援をしていると、「何をやりたいのかわからない」という若者がたくさんいます。高校生くらいまでに、社会にどんな仕事があるのかを知っていくことが必要だと思います。今回は、小学生から大学生までに有効な、好きなことを起点にして、どのような仕事があるかを考えるワークをご紹介します。 数名のグループになり、大きな紙の真ん中に、誰かが好きなことを書きます。例えば、サッカー、ゲーム、生物、おしゃべり、といったことで構いません。次に、その好きなことに関連する仕事をどんどん書いていきます。もし「サッカー」であれば、プロサッカーチームに関わる人、サッカーを教える人、グッズに関わる人、メディアに関わる人など、たくさんの仕事が出てきます。 このワークを通じて、サッカーのプロ選手にはなれなくても、他の仕事でもサッカーの経験を活かせること、社会にはいろいろな仕事があることに気づくことができます。
