今回は、WLBを高めるために必要な「家事を要領よく片付ける」ためのヒントです。そのポイントを５点にまとめてお話します。共働きの家庭はもちろん、シングルの方にも参考になると思います。 中学・高校の家庭科が、男子にも必修になったのは93年以降です。その授業を受けた40代前半の方は、家事の意識もスキルも、それ以前の世代より高いと言われます。でも実際にやっている人はまだまだ少ないのが現状のようです。 国際的な統計では、男性が家事に参加している国ほど、人生満足度が高いというデータもあります。男性も家事に参加できる国は、精神的にも時間的にもゆとりがあるということでしょうか。家事は完ぺきを求めず、新しいサービスや家電を駆使すると良いと思います。
