今回は「アルムナイ採用」、自社を一度退職した人（卒業生＝アルムナイ）を採用する手法です。アルムナイ採用は、コンサルティング会社や一部のIT企業などでは、以前から一般的でした。私自身も、一度やめたコンサル会社に再び入った経験があります。 個人は、転職のとき、円満退社することで、その会社に戻れる可能性を残しておけます。また、元上司や同僚と良い関係を維持することは、将来の転職における「レファレンスチェック（推薦者コメント）」をもらうためにも重要です。各企業で、上司、同僚、部下のそれぞれのレベルで親しい人を１－２名もっておくことが、自らの「変身資産」になります。
