This is a short simple breathing meditation used in the military and corporate world as it is very effective for enhancing focus and concentration. All you need to do is: Breathe in for a count of four Hold your breath for a count of four Breathe out for a count of four Hold your breath for a count of four Repeat for around a minute or 10 breaths.
