This episode I present 3...(or maybe 4) thought provoking changes you can implement to shift your perspective during difficult times. Although we want to bring to the table awareness, we also should want to educate ourselves, practice responsible self-care methods, and use facts to keep us grounded. Let's change our mindset surrounding difficult times, because they will come and go--what matters is our reaction. I want to change our mindset to one of surplus, of having what it takes, focusing on what we do have, even when it seems like the odds are stacked against us. Easier said than done, I know, but we will get through our challenges, like we always have before. We are forged through fire.
