Spoiler alert - it's a lot tougher than I ever imagined it'd be!I'm sharing why I made the decision to "only" have one child because protecting my mental health was a big part of my decision. And also because I know that many moms struggle with the decision of whether or not to have more kids, or to even have kids at all.
