034: How My Relationship With Anxiety & Myself Changed (for the better) When I Became a Mom

08 Aug 2022

Description

I became a mom nearly 2 years into my recovery from anxiety, panic disorder, and agoraphobia, after struggling for 15 years. And if you would have told me years ago that I would be talking to you about how becoming a mom has positively impacted my relationship with anxiety in so many ways, I would have laughed out loud. And quite honestly, all of this is so crazy because a big part of me was convinced for a long time that I’d never be a mom, partly because of my struggles with anxiety, panic disorder, and agoraphobia. But becoming a mom has truly only strengthened my healthy relationship with anxiety. It has emphasized so many things that I learned and practiced throughout my recovery, and it has also reinforced that it's absolutely possible to live a VERY full life without anxiety, panic, and fear getting in the way!SIGN UP FOR A MASTERCLASS: https://www.ahealthypush.com/anxiety-classesGET FREE WEEKLY SUPPORT FROM ME: https://view.flodesk.com/pages/624daf138d82793f8155490fA HEALTHY PUSH INSTAGRAM: https://www.instagram.com/ahealthypush/GET THIS EPISODE'S SHOW NOTES: https://www.ahealthypush.com/post/how-my-relationship-with-anxiety-myself-changed-for-the-better-when-i-became-a-mom
