"Asesinato en el Orient Express" de Agatha Christie (1936) es una novela de misterio en la que seguimos al excentrico detective Hercule Poirot en un viaje en el titular Orient Express, un tren de lujo que conecta Estambul con Paris, en el cual ocurre un asesinato. Todos los pasajeros del tren son sospechosos y no hay manera de salir del tren, que ha sido detenido por la nieve, asi que Hercule Poirot tiene en sus manos resolver este asesinato, el cual no parece tener una explicacion que tenga sentido.
