A Novel Adaptation

36 - The Fault In Our Stars by John Green

03 Mar 2020

Description

It's okay to cry in public when you read this book. In fact, it's expected. We didn't think we were going to like this book as much as much as we did but it truly touched us. Take a dive into the layers of these characters, we share our love of all the amazing actors cast into this movie, and we've finally cracked the code of what it takes to make a good adaptation. It only took us how many episodes?    Episode Drink - The Stars Champagne Instructions Pour champagne into your favorite glass and imagine young love. Sigh heavily with each sip.   Our Drinking Game for this Story Take a drink: When Augustus has a cigarette in his mouth or fiddles with a cigarette Whenever the term "Cancer Perk" is thrown around Anytime you come across a famous actor/actress that is in this movie Take a drink anytime Hazel or Augutus says "OK" Knock back your drink when you're in the middle of your meltdown after you realize that Augustus is dying, Hazel will die, and shit this is so sad. Why did we read this book? I'm not your crying, you're crying.    Fantastic Reads Jordan: Calypso by David Sedaris  Emily: Gideon the Ninth by Tamsyn Muir   A Novel Adaptation was created by Emily Eppley and Jordan Redwine.
