#56 - Sabrina Pace-Humphreys

This conversation is with ultrarunner Sabrina Pace-Humphreys who was on the cover of the Runner’s World (RW) U.K. October 2020 magazine. She is an mother, grandmother, run coach, PT, public speaker Inov-8 ambassador and campaigner. We are the co-founders, along with several other runners of the Black Trail Runners (BTR) blacktrailrunners.com, a community and campaigning group that aims to encourage more people of colour to experience the mental therapy of running.  This conversation was recorded in the summer of 2020 before the RW cover, and at the early stages of BTR.
