Finding quality clothing as a tall woman has always been a struggle.Yes, there are a lot more options than there were about 10, 15, 20 years ago. Big retailers are finally offering “tall sizes”, which was great to see, only to find out that tall to them isn’t the same as tall to us. Apparently, catering to the 5’7”, 5’8” girlies is enough, and the girlies taller than that just don’t exist. Additionally, proportions are weird; the hip and waist areas don’t fit well, and we have the TikTok Shop ‘tall girl friendly’ scams. So there are all these options, and yet it still feels like there’s quite literally no options for us. But that’s not entirely true. There are options for us that are good quality and long enough.
