Nate, you're a former Iran negotiator, so you have a pretty good sense of how things are tracking when it comes to the talks to end the war in Iran. It doesn't appear, at least when you're looking from afar, like we are, that solving the Iran war is Donald Trump's top agenda item. Would that be a fair assessment in your view?
It it certainly doesn't seem to be his top public reflection right now, right? I mean, there's a lot of focus on issues unrelated to the war. There was this recent report that eighty percent of his time, you know, he spent in private meetings is spent on his building projects. So that seems to be what he likes to talk about.
We're building an arc like the Arc de Triumph. It will be like the one in In Paris, but to be honest with you, it blows it away. The helipad I think you'll be very excited to see. It's really something Very, very special. The Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. It was in terrible shape. It was filthy dirty. And they said, Well, we're gonna solve the problem. I build the ballroom. No money, no tax. I don't want tax money, I don't want anything. It's me and a bunch of patriots. They put up lots of money to build this which is desperately needed.

Yeah. I mean, i if you think about it just purely from a Iran perspective, I mean I'm not sure what narrative he's supposed to put forward. Because it started with this would be an easy military victory that would, you know, reshape the face of the Iranian threat forever. And then, you know, that didn't really come to pass or did not come to pass. And then he kinda shifted Reddick to you know, he's gonna make a deal and then a deal's imminent. And you know, he really talked that way for for three or four months.
