And so recently, you know, I enjoyed my first year of retirement. Um, and one of my buddies, it was uh we play in this uh volleyball tournament called Six Man. And I was getting a little heavy. I was, you know, two fifty. I'm not lifting, I'm just like and also granted, you're how tall? I'm six seven.

So what we'll do your one thousand to my two thousand and we'll see who can lose the most weight in two months.
So it was like I wanna say it was August, you know, fifth, and I was like, October first is our weigh in date. Right. So who can lose the most weight in two months? Damn. Right? Yeah. And he's like my next door neighbor. I've known him since college. It's like my it's like a brother of mine. It's like a brother of mine.
So he didn't take offense to it. He was dying laughing. He was a fat piece of shit. But guess what, dude? It takes a time you have to hear that. Yeah. I dude, totally. I had a buddy who I had to uh you know nudge to get go down the sober path. And some and I was like, I had this moment where I was like, dude, uh he's an adult, I'm an adult.
