Public speaking can change your career. As a natural-born introvert, I am not one for big crowds. In fact, when I speak the only thing I want to do after getting off the stage is go back to my hotel room. To get on stage and bring the right energy is very exhausting for me because I have to force myself to be extroverted. It has nothing to do with the people in the room it's just the way I'm built. However, public speaking has done more for growing my business than any single thing I have ever done. There is no other prospecting strategy that can turn a cold suspect into a hot prospect as fast as a good keynote talk. Back in 2016, I made the decision to go all in using the stage to scale my business and I've never regretted a second of it.
